Dan Hurley's UConn Faces Biggest NCAA Tournament Threat Yet

Hurley Eyes Second Title in as Many Years

Purdue Emerges as Huskies' Primary Obstacle

UConn head coach Dan Hurley is eyeing a second national championship in as many years, but he sees Purdue as the biggest threat yet in the NCAA Tournament. The Huskies will face the Boilermakers in the Sweet 16 on Thursday night.

Hurley knows that Purdue is a formidable opponent. The Boilermakers are led by 7-foot-4 center Zach Edey, who is one of the most dominant big men in the country. Purdue also has a talented backcourt led by guards Jaden Ivey and Sasha Stefanovic.

"Purdue is a great team," Hurley said. "They have a lot of size and athleticism. They're going to be a tough matchup for us."

UConn is coming off a dominant win over Illinois in the second round of the tournament. The Huskies led by 25 points at halftime and cruised to a 91-74 victory.

Hurley is confident that his team can beat Purdue, but he knows that it will be a challenge. The Huskies will need to play their best game of the season to advance to the Elite Eight.

"We're going to have to play our best game of the season," Hurley said. "Purdue is a great team, and we're going to have to be at our best to beat them."
